The primary goal of UNISERVICE'S management is to ensure that the services and products provided by the company will fully satisfy customer needs. We use the following managerial tools to reach our objectives:

 

  1. We carry out our product design, system implementation, sales and maintenance activities in accordance with the requirements of our internal quality control system, which is based on MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001.

  2. We are constantly working on the further development of our personal contact system, with the help of which we have established a number of long-term, reliable business relationships.

We have the necessary resources and employ the appropriate means - such as expertise, flexibility, managerial control of the work carried out, the incorporation of customer feedback in the work processes, and following quality control requirements - to ensure that the quality of our services will always meet the highest possible standards.

  4. When planning our activities, we always try to have a good understanding of the needs and requirements of our potential customers, often by means of establishing and maintaining personal contact with them. We have a flexible pricing policy that meets the demands of the market, we always meet delivery deadlines, and we always provide the required quality to retain our present customers as well as to expand our customer base.

  5. We follow the same lines of policy towards our suppliers too, since our ability to provide high quality services depends to a great extent on having a steady and reliable supplier base. We regularly evaluate the performance of our suppliers and sub-contractors and establish a close business relationship with those who are able to meet our standards.

  6. We reach the above objectives by providing reliable products, using background services with proper infrastructure, and by constantly improving the variety of our products and developing the technology we use. We also pay close attention to the organization of our activities and operate a quality control system.
