The body is built with modular fiberglass sandwich panels combined together by means of an after-fabrication hot-dip galvanized steel structure.
The nuts and bolts used are in AISI 304 steel; the water collection basin is based on fiberglass reinforced polyester resin and is accompanied, as a standard, with an antifreeze electrical resistance and a centrifugal pump for the spray circuit on the heat exchange battery.  The latter is made with top-quality smooth tubing and is after-fabrication hot-dip galvanized.
The condensate separator is made of PVC, as are the water distributor and the drain and overflow connections.

The full cone nozzles are made of polypropylene, and are inoccludible.

Every tower is equipped with three totally removable walls, in order to allow complete access to the heat exchange battery for its eventual cleaning.

There are 27 models available for a potential from about 80 to 950 kW (indicative potential reported for a thermal gradient of 5 °C).

STRUCTURE for support and rigidity in high-thickness outlined steel sheets, after-fabrication hot-dip galvanized and assembled with AISI 304 stainless steel nuts and bolts.

LATERAL REINFORCEMENTS made of fiberglass sandwich panels of 22 mm thickness, covered with an anti-UV ray protective gel coat.
The seal between the panels and the supporting structure is assured by a special bituminous seal.
Three of the four walls of the tower body are completely removable, making easy and complete access to the internal parts of the machine possible, facilitating cleaning and maintenance operations.

SUPERIOR LIDS entirely in fiberglass, appropriately structured and reinforced, and covered with an anti-UV ray protective gel coat.
Every lid is equipped with a fiberglass mouthpiece of an appropriate diameter and shaped to minimize vortices and loading losses on the air side; the axial fan directly coupled to the electric motor rotates inside.

COOLING BATTERIES made of high-quality tubes, mounted within a steel section frame subjected to an after-fabrication hot-dip galvanizing treatment.
During construction, each circuit is carefully controlled and subjected to pressure testing with aerated water in special tanks; this testing is repeated once the entire battery is finished.
The inclination of the fluid tubes and the fluid output connections posted on the lowest part of the collectors ensures the complete drainage of the fluid contained within them, avoiding the formation of "no flow" zones.

CONDENSATE SEPARATOR composed of panels of auto-extinguishing PVC sheets, thermoformed under vacuum and then attached together in such a way as to obtain panels with a shape and form that are designed to guarantee the maximum efficiency of the separation of water droplets by the air current aspirated by the fan.

WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM tied to the recirculation pump, entirely in PVC, composed of a main collector and lateral branches equipped with wide-passage spray nozzles of the static type, with tangential entrance.
The system is constructed in such a way as to guarantee a perfect perfusion of all of the battery surfaces, for its optimal exploitation.
The spray nozzles are made of isotactic polypropylene, with full cone spraying and a spraying angle of 120°.

AXIAL FAN with a low number of RPMs, composed of a statically and dynamically equilibrated propeller, with plastic blades and a wing profile aluminum alloy hub that is adjustable when still.
The rotor is directly coupled to the electric motor.

ELECTRIC MOTOR that is waterproof (IP 55), multi-tension (220-240 / 380-415 Volt triphase) and multi-frequency (50-60 Hertz), with tropicalized wrapping and F class insulation.

ELECTRIC JUNCTION BOX posted outside the tower body, in order to facilitate the electric connection of the motor ventilators.  The wiring between the external box and the motors is provided.

SCREEN GRILL for the fan in AISI 304 stainless steel wire.

NUTS AND BOLTS in AISI 304 stainless steel.

BASIN for water collection entirely in fiberglass, complete with connections for water input, overflow, drainage and a float valve for the reintegration of evaporated water, as well as for antifreeze electrical resistance of an adequate power.
The basin section is separated from the body through an after-fabrication hot-dip galvanized steel structure, which houses the splash guards and a windbreaker made of extruded fiberglass.

PUMP for recirculation, of the centrifugal type, for the perfusion of the evaporative circuit outside the battery, located externally to the water collection basin, complete with PVC outlet piping and a regulation valve that connects to the water distribution tubing.
